Lostprophets at Shepherds Bush
25 August 2010 – Tonight I photographed the guys from Lostprophets playing a super full show at Shepherds Bush Empire.
It’s been a while since I shot them last and I forgot how “die-hard” some of the fans are and it slapped me right in the face from the second the set started, but in a good way. The crowd definitely take in everything that the guys give off and the feeling is always a good one.
Lighting was really hard to work with and the security guys were extremely stubborn on negotiating the use of flash but everyone working in the pit made a plan to just take over and work together. It worked but it took me about a song and a half before I gave in to the stand. Flippen stupid rules that no one understands. Haha.
These are a few of my shots that I was able to take in the chaos.
