Royal Blood at Electric Ballroom

07 November 2014 – Last month I watched Royal Blood play in New York City which was mind blowing so I was really excited to get to photograph (and see) them play again tonight again.

There’s been a lot of press about these guys and a lot of people saying that they’re just a novelty act because they’re a two piece but I will gladly argue that fact … regardless of how many people are in the band they are definitely one of the tightest bands I have seen all year … possibly even ever. Their live sound is HUGE and they so tight together.

I love these guys more now and feel sad (obviously not for them) that they’re probably never going to play venues this small again in the future.
