What Is Life For at Purple Turtle

18 April 2012 – Tonight the guys from What Is Life For? played a show at the Purple Turtle and I went out to photograph their set to get some images of the new line-up with the addition of Jack Turnbull on vocals.

I’ve worked with the guys from What Is Life For? a few times and it’s always been a pleasure. I know I say that a lot but it’s only because it’s true. The guys are super nice and I’ve always thought that they had something special in their music. They really know how to write catchy tracks and now with the tweaks to include Jack’s rap-style vocals the range has just expanded massively.

I don’t know why these guys aren’t huge yet but have no doubt that it will all keep growing for them.

Great set, great new tracks and something different (in a great way).
