Underoath at Koko

19 April 2011 – Tonight I photographed the guys from Underoath playing Koko again almost exactly a year since the last time.

It was rad to see Daniel playing drums and the new bits he brings to the band but I did miss Chris because he was my favourite person to shoot last time. His wife has just had a baby though so it’s completely understandable that he isn’t on this tour.

The lighting tonight for the duration of the shoot was non existent (pretty much) but these things happen. I was quite shocked though and spent the first song or two almost waiting for them to turn on and then decided to get started. It was really dark so I shot quite long exposures and popped a flash or two in there when I could.

The show was great and I am only posting these few for now because I have a lot to finish up before the end of this week.
