Sunny Day Real Estate at The Forum

31 May 2010 – It’s been years since I first heard Sunny Day Real Estate and nearly as many years since they toured and I got super excited when I heard the news about them back together playing some shows including their first UK shows so tonight was an absolute pleasure to shoot them at The Forum.

SO many bands that I love now days are influenced by these guys and it became even more evident when they were playing. Their set was tight as hell and the guys seemed super stoked on playing together again and even more humble at the fact that so many people had come out to join them tonight.

It was really dark so I had to push my camera a lot more than I normally like to but oh well, at least I got to document a bit of something so special.
